  • 1 teaspoon salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper To taste.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Adds rich flavor and crispy texture.
Optional Enhancements

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika For a slight kick.
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled For a different cheese experience.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash the zucchinis under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. Slice the zucchinis into approximately ¼-inch thick rounds or half-moons.
  3. In a bowl, toss the sliced zucchinis with olive oil, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Arrange the zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Check for doneness; the zucchini should be tender and golden brown. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes if you prefer them crispier.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
